2nd February 2016 - Chere Hunter, Pastor at St John's Moggerhanger

Our Pastoral Care season continues with a visit from Chere Hunter (delayed from 3rd November). Chere will be telling us about the hospice's work, and her responsibilities there.

Clearly, the issue of assisted dying will in our minds and this an opportunity to discuss it with someone who will have more insight into these issues than most.

If you haven't been to a meeting, please do come and support us in looking at some of the issues that impact society. The North End Social Club can appear a bit foreboding from outside, but the room we use is large and comfortable, with a bar and a guest ale on tap. There is car parking behind the club. Access is by the front door which has a call button to the left - press the button and the bar staff will release the door lock, so the door can be pushed open.
