Bedfordshire Humanists engage positively in Religious Education in schools, and have for six years been petitioning to join the local Bedford SACRE (Standing Advisory Council for Religious Education). Our efforts finally succeeded on 15th November 2016, when Charles Baily was accepted as a co-opted member.
