It's Organ Donation Week

Between 4-10 September, NHS Blood and Transplant, hospitals, charities and supporters of organ donation will be encouraging people across the UK to talk about organ donation with their families.

Most people support organ donation but a family’s support is needed too, so that organ donation can go ahead. More than three families a week are saying no to organ donation because they didn’t know what their relative wanted. Remember that your family won’t know how you feel about organ donation, unless you tell them.
